Wendy Testaburger is a girl in the fourth grade class of South Park Elementary in South Park. She is very outspoken, often spouting out support for any liberal cause. She can best be described as a good person with a strong moral center, until something stands in her way, that is.

Appearance
Wendy generally wears a pink beret, a light purple jacket with a dark blue collar, blue gloves, and yellow trousers. Under her jacket she has been shown to be wearing a light purple tank-top in or a white tank top with a Unicorn on it. Her hair is long and black with choppy uneven bangs.
Personality
Wendy is typically portrayed as nice, feminine, and liberal in nature. In many episodes in early seasons she argues with Cartman over various issues, usually providing a voice of reason and taking a liberal standpoint, much like Kyle. She is shown to be very politically aware, writing an essay on the suffering of Bottlenose dolphins, donating candy to starving children in Nairobi, being willing to give the Afghanistani children a dollar, and doing a report on the suffering of Breast Cancer patients.
Wendy generally is friendly to others and seems well-liked at school, but she is unwilling to let herself be compromised by popularity.
Wendy can best be described as a good person with a strong moral center, until something stands in her way, that is. She can get jealous very easily, and often acts irrationally. She has manipulative skill on par with Cartman, outsmarting him in many of his schemes.
