The pairing originates from the episode "Raisins", when Wendy broke up with Stan for Token. The two dated for a little while but their relationship was probably short-lived since their relationship was never brought up in the show since that episode and that Token has been seen with other girls.
They were seen together on the Ferris Wheel in the episode "The Jeffersons".
