Markpoo was created by CowboyCreek & Memeliamarie on Tumblr as a joke.
There have been no significant canon interaction between the characters. Dogpoo is associated with dirt and, by extension, nature. Meanwhile, Mark's father has an abundant garden, suggesting that gardening would be a hobby of his own. Dogpoo is messy, often covered in dirt with his hair unkempt, while in contrast Mark is very clean cut and well dressed.
