Origin

In the episode "Rainforest Schmainforest", Kenny developed a crush on Kelly, one of the members of the Getting Gay With Kids choir. When the group gets lost in the jungle, Kenny takes advantage of it by being supportive and protective to Kelly, which successfully earns her affection. In spite of this, their relationship wouldn't work--according to Kelly--because they live on other sides of the country. She changes her mind after successfully resuscitating him after he gets struck by lightning.

In the episode, "Spontaneous Combustion", Kenny was planning for to a date with his girlfriend (who is believed to be Kelly) but he spontaneously combusted before he had a chance to. Their relationship was never mentioned again.

This pairing may not be active anymore, due to the fact that Kenny dates Tammy Warner in "The Ring". This may be because their long distance relationship failed, like Kelley predicted it would.

Spontaneous Combustion - Kenny is planning a date for his new girlfriend Kelly. This was Kelly's first episode appearance. Kenny was on a date with her but he combusted and she was crying.

Rainforest Shmainforest - Kelly was one of the students going on the nature hike. She and Kenny were having a fun time together but then Kenny got killed and Kelly was crying ove rit.

Choir Boys - The boys decide to join the Getting gay with kids choir and Kenny is there with his girlfriend Kelly. In the end, a spotlight falls on Kenny and crushe him and Kelly cries.

Movie Teaser - Kelly is being made fun of by Cartman for picking her nose. Kenny tries to stand up to the people making movies about it but they kill him making Kelly cry.

The Game of Hell on Earth - Kenny is talking to Kelly at school and he is being controlled by Cartman to be mean to her but they are all unaware of it. Kelly runs away from him crying.

Hooked on Monkey Phonics - Kelly was seen at the school dance dancing with Kenny.

Goodbye my Love - Kelly is telling Kenny that she is moving away and they both sink into depressions for having to break up, but then in the end she doesn't need to move and she's seen with him and the three other boys eating food at McDonald's.

Casa Bonita - Kelly is seen for a brief second in the montage of Cartman horassing Kyle for being a jew.

Trouble Date - Kelly comes back and she gets in a fight with Tammy over who will be Kenny's girlfriend.

Trivia

If Kenny was visiting Kelly in "Spontanous Combustion", then this would be the only Canon pairing besides Stendy to last for more than one episode.

Kelly is usually seen crying over her boyfriend dying.

According to the episode "Hooked on Monkey Phonics" Kelly and Kenny are still dating even though what happened in the episode "The Game of Hell on Earth"
