In the episode "Eat, Pray, Queef", Terrance and Katie become good friends (even though Katie thought Phillip was Terrance) after Terrance and Phillip discovered that the Queef Sisters idolized them. The two ended up in a sexual relationship and they later got married at the end of the episode (alongside Phillip and Katherine).
