Synopsis[]
The boys are being called up to catch the infamous serial toilet paper caper, Josh Meyers by the local police. Meanwhile Kenny gets a volunteering gig at the local hospital, where he had formed a close bond with a sick child from the town's prominent family. Playing detectives got real when a real case had hits home with everyone in town.
Plot[]
The story starts out with the boys playing a game of police detectives with Dovahkiin Hughes, while Kenny had taken a volunteering gig to get his mind off from SoDoSoPa at the local hospital. Where he meets a sick little girl, who is waiting for open heart surgery who happens to be Mayor McDaniels' youngest granddaughter from her son.
But the infamous toilet paper vandal had burst out of Juvive hall to make his way toward South Park that is in the middle of gentrification. Officer McDaniels is disgusted by the town to be progressive to the modern world by pushing low income people and those who don't fit their idea planning out. The boys and Dovahkiin had been called by the mayor and the police force to take the vandal down to reactivate the Junior detectives unit.
After BarBrady's firing from the force twice had made both Officer McDaniels, and Dovahkiin questioning the local PC movement, which they starts to rebel against the trend that overtaken the town. Until the former officer was gunned down by Josh Meyers on the orders of the more robotic Leslie Myers and Nathan that she see BarBrady as a threat, which she wants him out of the way.
Now the town feeling guilty for throwing BarBrady under the bus, minus Randy, who is on a power trip. Mayor McDaniels had rushed to the hospital to be with BarBrady that she was regretting the decision to fired him, also she was relived that he was alive. That is when she slowly turn against Randy and the PC movement, it caused a major riff between the mayor and Randy. Plus heated tensions was starting to show among the police force and the city council. The resistance against the ads had revealed themselves to the boys, which they know really well.
Leslie had used the fruity little club, who had brainwashed Chef had kidnapped the kids from their homes to use to put panic in the town. Unknown to her that the injuried BarBrady and PC Principal leads a raid against the club to save the kids from harm, and killing Leslie again. After destroying Leslie and another ad plan that BarBrady was sworn back as the police chief for his bravely to protect the town and children. At the closing moments that Leslie had risen from the dead yet again.
