Julia has long, wavy blonde hair and striking emerald-green eyes. She wears a green sweater, skirt, hair pin, and mittens. She can almost be found wearing green, as it is her favorite color.
She also has gentle features, a sweet soft voice, and is very polite. She is described as one of the most beautiful girls in her class.

Julia is a royal angel princess from heaven. She is the daughter of the goddess, Mother Nature & the god, Father sky.
She was on a mission disguised as human to fulfill Kenny’s wish: to bring back the joy of South Park. Kenny was tired of the chaos in South Park, so, he prayed to god to send down an angel to help save South Park. In response, Julia was sent to Earth and attended South Park Elementary. There, she became pretty popular and made many everlasting friendships. She is very well-liked and admired amongst her peers.
Personality[]
Julia has a very friendly, bubbly personality. She is always welcoming to those in need and loves smiling often. Even while attending class, she is just about always smiling, which is unusual for most other students.
She doesn’t appreciate people who shame others for their interests or religions. She enjoys supporting those in what they are passionate about.

Nelita & Julia are very close friends. They both dhare similar interests. However, Nelita has a darker melancholy-like side to her. She can tend to be morbid since she's easily irritated and tend to resort to violence. Julia helps Nelita calm down by meditating and Redirecting her mindset. Nelita also stands up and fights for her friends when they are picked on. Though Julia is very well liked, sometimes people can pick on her and Nelita doesn't allow it.

Despite being complete opposites, Julia & Damien get along well. She seems to be very affectionate with him and keeps a close eye on him, so he doesn’t burn anyone or anything.

Jenia belongs to Stanlee Doucet.
During Jenia’s first week at South Park Elementary, she bumped into Julia at one point during recess. After a while of talking, they became really good friends. Some people even mistaken them for twins due to their hair colour, outfit colour and name similarities. Jenia sometimes goes to Julia’s house for tea parties or sometimes they even sing together. Julia was a little off put by the thickness of Jenia’s accent when they first met but got used to it within time. Julia was also one of the first few people to not be as fazed by Jenia’s sister, Svetlana. They both sometimes talk about their crushes, although Julia was in shock that Jenia liked Cartman, she didn’t voice a lot of her concerns with Jenia’s feelings to her.
