Clare Evans is an original character created by Flip-Reaper-Z on deviantART and Youtube . She was created back in 2012 to represent this fan made character on Social Media, as well as in drawings and illustrations. She appears in various flash animations and videos, most notably "South Park - Rodel and Clare Chronicles" series.
In "South Park - Rodel and Clare Chronicles", Clare Evans is consider as one of the shows main protagonists along with Rodel Madla. Jon Bayani Alexanderson is considered as a recurring character. While Xenon / Prototype X-1 is consider as the main antagonist in the series.
She is voiced by Heaven-Jayne
Background[]
Before moving to South Park, Clare and her parents lived in a city not far from the town. Being wealthy and the only child raised in the family, Clare hardly spends any time with her parents due to their work. As a Self Independent person, Clare has to learn and take care of herself throughout her entire life as unexpected events awaits her.

During the Creator's Interest in the show; South Park. This character was created in character perspective in contrast along with Rodel Madla as it needed a female character to cooperate with one another in future projects. Notably "South Park - Rodel and Clare Chronicles" series.
Appearance[]
Clare is a Caucasian female. She is slim build. Her dark, layered, brown hair is pulled back into a high ponytail with two free locks parted in the middle, framing the sides of her face. Her eyes are brown, regardless on how it looks. She wears a Red Long sleeve shirt with a design logo of two angel wings in the center. Over is a Black Fleece Top Shirt. With Blue Denim Jeans.

Personality and Traits[]
Clare is good nature, courageous and outgoing individual. She somewhat gets along with most of her peers in class. She is consider as "the sassy tomboy.", as she enjoys doing physical activity; Mainly Martial Arts. Often times, Clare is known for her Sassy attitude when people talks to her in a humor or negative way. Thus, She gets irritated at people's stupidity. At times, She is a caring person as Clare consoles people who are having a tough time in their life.
Like most children in her age, Clare is as almost well above average student as her grades are as par with everyone elses. Like Rodel, She loves to sing often. Clare's most notable hobby is she is a black belt in Martial Arts. Her gi is shown hanging up in her room in Episode 1 of "South Park - Rodel and Clare Chronicles"

The two met on their first day of South Park Elementary.
Their first encounter into becoming their first new friend in school.
Both are considered as their First Best Guy/Girl Friend to depend and rely on. (Not as a couple) Whenever Rodel makes a fool of himself, Clare gets embarrassed by his actions. One example is Rodel gets excited to play the Dance Phag U-Nite (Parody of Dance Dance Revolution) Machine. This causes her not wanting to be near him but didn't had any other choice since she only has Jophie and the Madla Brothers as her friends at the time. The only thing both have in common is they like to sing karaoke.
In Episode 1, Clare became very hostile towards him on their first encounter with each other, But both ended up becoming their first new friend in school. Later on at recess as they both receive their punishment, Clare tells Rodel and all the other kids to get out when some Unwanted Visitors arrived and infiltrated the school grounds from a Robot called Prototype X-1. This leads to a School Brawl against Prototype X-1 and Scott Tenorman's Ginger bots (Has not reveal any true intentions on whythey visited the school). Thus, Extending their permanent friendship towards one another.
In Episode 2, Clare notices Rodel being upset for not completing his assignments on time and becoming a Hall Monitor for the School's Talent Show. Clare shows somewhat of a concern towards him. Knowing it's his friends own responsibility, Clare tries to console him to do his assignments next time that he won't end up doing hall monitor duty. During the Talent show, Clare tells Rey she wishes Rodel would see the talent show knowing she cares for him. Clare has not seen him until the end after the school was attacked by Ginger Bots, She questioned him about who was the kid (Xenon / Prototype X-1) that saved her life. Clare was questioned by Rodel why didn't she saved him from his Hall Monitor Duties which she responded no as looked on at Rodel's fussing moment.

Xenon/Prototype X-1[]
From the beginning, Clare is VERY HOSTILE towards him in his Robot Form. However the last act of Episode 2 in his human form, Clare was "SAVED" by him when she was almost hit by one of the ginger bot's laser beam. Clare thanked Xenon for saving her which it caused him to run away for unknown reasons. Clare mentions him to Rodel who was he and she finds him cute revealing that Clare has a crush on Xenon. Clare has no idea that her crush is her arch enemy since she has not seen his True Form.
In Episode 1, Clare was almost killed by his Laser Beam Blast. The two fought which Clare ends up defeating him.
In Episode 2, When the School's Fire alarm went on as all the kids (including herself) evacuated the school's gym, Clare easily notice the ginger bots that she encountered on her first day of school. She already knew who was behind the attack as Clare tries to finds him. As Clare encountered him, They both end up going through their Second Fight which she ends up defeating him again. She notice him running away from her as Clare stalks him down as she tells Xenon she will kick his ass for bringing his Ginger Bot Friends to school. Clare ends up being distracted as she fights the other bots. She was suddenly struck by a Laser Beam Blast (Caused by a Ginger Bot) as Clare was knocked temporarily to the floor. She was awaken later when she notice one of the bots planning to blast it's lasers again only to be "SAVED" by him. Clare thank him for saving her life which it caused him to run away for unknown reasons. Clare mentions him to Rodel who was he and she finds him cute revealing that Clare has a crush on Xenon.

Jon Bayani Alexanderson[]
The two has not interact but she mentioned him on the talent show. She and her friends thought it was Justin Bieber (due to the abbreviated name) performing on the opening show.
In Episode 2, Clare and her friends are waiting for the first act, He is the first kid to open and start off the event revealing his name to be abbreviated as he introduces himself to everyone. Clare feels dumb as she thought it was Justin Bieber due to the abbreviated name. Although, She likes his performance. Towards the end, He was seen with Jophie as both united with Clare and the gang after the School was attacked by Xenon's Ginger Bots.
Kenny Mccormick[]
The Two aren't friends. But they know each other.
In Episode 1, Kenny McCormick was seen as one of their classmates. During Recess, Clare witness him getting killed by a Xenon / Prototype X-1 as he blast his Laser Beam at him.
In Episode 2, He was seen killed again by an unknown blast as all the kids looked on horror.

The two aren't friends, But they know each other.
In Episode 1, At recess, Both her and Rodel were receiving their punishment for interrupting class. Eric Cartman was mocking at both of them.
In Episode 2, Even though the two has not interacted with each other, He was seen being laid in a pile of snow when Cartman was hit by an Unknown Blast. (Caused by Xenon / Prototype X-1)

EPISODE 1 - THE NEW KID[]
Two New Kids going through their First Day of School as unexpected events occurs that will change their lives forever.
The Cast Of Episode 1
Clare does not appear in this Act.
One morning, Clare had a flash back about a month ago about how she attended her first day of South Park Elementary. Upset, She bragged all her life problems to a kid name Jophie Nyugen, who are both riding the bus to school. As Clare ask Jophie directions to the main office to get her Class Schedule. Jophie just leaves Clare to find it on her own. Determined, Clare blindly tries to find the main office. However, Clare ends up getting lost on the way. She got easily frustrated and about to lose hope until a kid name Rey Madla who was passing by and also new to school helped her find the main office. As the bell rings, Clare is late on her first day of school as she finally finds her class.

==== ACT 3 - RODEL + CLARE ====
As Clare found her class, She was discovered that Clare is not the only new kid in South Park Elementary. Clare met up with another new kid name Rodel Madla. Both are hostile at first but end up introducing to each other and moving forward. Clare hears out Rodel as he wants to be confident on making his own decisions in life which she understands. Both were having a hard time to see who will be the first to open their classroom door. Their teacher, Mr. Garrison; opens the door and introduces them to the class. The other kids were taunting at Rodel and Clare. Thus, Disrupting class. Mr. Garrison sent both kids to the principles office for further punishment.
==== ACT 4 - PROTOTYPE X-1 ====
During Recess, Both Clare and Rodel received their punishment as the other kids were making fun of them. Clare blames her parents for moving to South Park Elementary as Rodel shows concern as he listens to her heart felt story. As both were interrupted by Eric Cartman, They were attacked by an unknown visitor. A robot name Xenon / Prototype_X-1. The reason of X-1's existence is unknown at the time as the Bots were there for other intentions. (Mainly Killing off Cartman) This causes X-1 to summon the other Bots to attack the kids of South Park Elementary. Clare fights off against X-1 for almost killing her from it's laser beam. She ends up defeating the robot as all the other bots retreated. When the brawl ends, Clare and her friends united as she and Rodel looks on saying the school and town is not that bad and ended up accepting their new life in South Park.
EPISODE 2 - XENON[]

As Scott Tenorman's loyal robot, Prototype X-1 is continuing his mission to assassinate his master's target only to be concern by a familiar enemy from the past. Will his human disguise work out?
==== ACT 1 - MISSION START ====
Clare is seen along with Jophie and Rey as they follow Rodel who feels upset.
At Recess, Clare ask Rey the reason Rodel is upset is because he did not complete any school assignments in class. Thus, hes been punish to do hall monitor duty for an extended period of time. During this conversation, They were hit by an unknown blast as Clare successfully dodge it. (Xenon / Caused by Prototype X-1) Clare and her friends leaves inside the school building as the bell rings.
==== ACT 3 - INFLITRATION ====
Jophie, Clare and Rey being disrespected by Jon Staples (Not Shown) as he finds his seat in the Talent Show.
Clare gets upset at Rodel for not paying attention in class and not doing his work. She brags about someone by the name of J.B that is going to perform the School's Talent Show which her friend thinks it's the celebrity; Justin Bieber, which Clare doesn't think its actually him. She tries to console Rodel for finishing his school assignments next time. However, Rodel still upset ask Clare and Jophie to go have fun at the Talent Show. Doing all she can to give advice to her friend, Clare decides to go to the Talent Show to find Rey along with Jophie as they leave Rodel with his Hall Monitor Duties. During the Talent Show as Clare and her friends are waiting for the first act, They were interrupted by a kid (Jon Staples) who is finding his seat and told the three to F#$% off which all ignore. Clare still eager to know who J.B is and was revealed to be a kid name Jon Bayani Alexanderson who he likes to be called J.B for short. Thus, Clare knowing its not really Justin Bieber Performing.
==== ACT 4 - CONFRONTATION ====
Clare fights against Xenon for the Second Time.
Everyone applauded for J.B's performance when she question Jophie where she was going. Clare was distracted by Rey for liking J.B's performance. Clare mention to Rey she wish that Rodel attended the talent show but only ended up agreeing to Rey that he was better off doing Hall Monitor Duty Instead. When the talent show was getting boring, Clare tries to tell Rey that the show is not that bad only to be annoyed by Jon Staples who is disturbing the rest of the kids who's attending there. Later, When the School's Fire alarm went on unexpectedly as all the kids (including herself) evacuated the school's gym, Clare easily notice the ginger bots that she encountered on her first day of school.
