Synopsis[]
After Cartman convinces Kyle that he is letting himself go badly, Kyle attempts to get back at him by comparing an adult stranger who looks just like Cartman and follow him around until they make a shocking discovery, the man is Cartman's future self.
Plot[]
It is summer and the whole south park Elementary school arrives to have fun. Cartman discovers that some Kindergartners have urinated where he was swimming, and he decides to get out. The boys go to a local store and Cartman complains about the pool party. Stan points out someone's hair is on the floor and Kyle says that it's his, Kyle asks if he could start becoming bald. Stan denies it since he has lots of hair. Cartman makes Kyle feel worse by revealing that Kyle is growing belly fat, Kyle punches Cartman in the stomach, but his fat makes it "the opposite of his weak spot" so Kyle punches him in the face instead which works. Kyle tells them that he is too young to do any permanent damage to himself, Cartman tells Kyle that he still has his ass which Kyle worries about since he thinks that fat make it less "hot".
He decides to go to the doctor to have a weight test and uses a special kid's pressure pad to tell him how bad he is (this is an excuse to not put an actual number for how much he weighs since it is not known how weight physics work with children in south park), the pressure pad says "Lose a little" which meant Kyle simply needed to work out more. The next test involved slapping a patient's belly and test for how long it takes to stop jiggling, the doctor gets Kyle to take off his shirt and pants, which leads Kyle to think that the doctor is a pedophile. the doctor corrects him and decides to have his nephew Jim do the slapping for him since his hand is too big, he warns Kyle that Jim is a stereotypical homosexual. It takes 0.6 seconds for the shock wave in his belly to pass through. the next test involves a reaction test, which Kyle takes 0.5 seconds to react.
Kyle decides to exercise and passes by Cartman, who Kyle tells to shut up. The boys go to the pool again and Cartman ends up in the same situation. Kyle points out that there are alot of people who look like Cartman, Cartman asks what it has to do with the pool and Kyle says that he's doing it because of what Cartman put him through yesterday. He starts following a fat guy who looks like Cartman. Stan and Kenny decide to follow them to see how this would go. The fat man sees Kyle and asks if Kyle Broflovski is his name, Kyle asks how he knew his name. The man tries to walk away but lands in a trolley, the store was on an angle so the man rolled through the glass wall and out into the traffic, which broke his hip. The fat man gets hospitalized.
After being fixed in the hospital, the fat man pays his bills. The doctor points out that his driver's license says that the man was born in 2005 and he got his first drivers license in 2021. the man shows him the real drivers license. The boys arrive to see the fat man to ask how the fat man knew his name. The fat man says that the boys were on public so many times that he knew all the kids names and proves it by saying all their first names. Cartman says that his first name wasn't mentioned in public, the fat man decides to give in and tell Cartman that he is himself. Cartman denies this at first, since he has dealt with his future self before. His future-self tells himself that he knows about the events that took place "Le petit tourrette" which Cartman is convinced. Kyle asks why Future-Cartman has a driver's license that says he was born in 1975, Future Cartman says that it's for when someone wants to see his drivers license. Future Cartman shows a picture of him taking a photo of himself in his changing room on his wedding day, the phone that he uses is an elliptical rectangle. Cartman reveals that he has a wife and kids in the future and shows the boys the time machine that he uses.
