Kyle Marshall is a South Park OC (Original Character) created by TKAB2.
Background[]
Development[]
Kyle was first conceived in 2019 when TKAB2 used him as his alter-ego character in artworks and later even in unpublished fanfiction. Even though the basics of his personality have already been established, he is expected to be developed more throughout 2020. Kyle is very loosely based on his creator.
Home and Family[]
Kyle was born in the Czech Republic to Jewish parents. His father Thomas is Czech-American and his mother Jubilee is Israeli-American. He grew up with his parents and his sister Ester Marshall in Florida before moving to South Park, Colorado at the age of 9.
Hobbies/Interests[]
As a huge aviation enthusiast he enjoys traveling by plane. This interest is represented by him collecting model airplanes. He hopes to become a commercial airline pilot when he grows up. Kyle also has an interest in arts and crafts, as mentioned in a few fanfictions. Drawing frequently, he has developed a fascination with animation. Although not so proficient, he also paints from time to time.
Sports[]
Kyle has engaged in multiple sports such as Karate, Judo, Golf, Skiing, Tennis, Swimming and Ice-hockey. He has won multiple awards and medals in competitions and has even had some success in championships in individual sports. Most lately American Football has become his dominant sport, playing for the South Park Cows, first as a backup and later as the starting quarterback.
Religion[]
Kyle and his family is of the Jewish faith. In particular he belongs to the Reform branch of Judaism. They don't however attend any synagogue services.
Appearance[]
Kyle wears a bright orange jacket, dark green pants, and lime-green mittens, similarly to Kyle Broflovski. He has dark brown hair and sidelocks. In several yet unpublished fanfictions, he has appeared in other outfits, such as a Czech Olympic jacket and a Judo kimono. In one unpublished fanfic called “Trading places”, he dresses up as Kyle Broflovski to help him get revenge on Cartman.
Personality[]
Kyle's personality is quite similar to Kyle Broflovski’s - he has a great moral standing and generally is the "good kid" of the group. Kyle has strong beliefs, and when forced to question them, he becomes upset and confused. For the most part, Kyle bases his decisions on both his emotions and beliefs; therefore, he is easily coaxed into disputes or even fights being manipulated by his feelings. He does not hesitate when it comes to "telling the truth" or sharing his own point of view like in "Halfbreak Ridge", where he responds to Stan asking "What do you think about the game so far?" with one simple phrase "It's a clusterfuck!".
Relationships[]
With the exception of Cartman, he gets along well with most of the other kids.
Kyle Broflovski[]
Kyle considers Kyle Broflovski as his best friend. He was the first of the South Park kids to meet Kyle after he moved into the town with his family. Kyle Broflovski is also delighted to see another Jewish kid in town. They never hesitate to help each other out in any situations. Kyle almost always sides with him on all issues they have to face, especially when Cartman is opposing them.
Stan Marsh[]
Stan is a good friend of Kyle's and they both frequently hang out with each other. Although their friendship bond is not as strong as Kyle Broflovski it seems to remain strong and without any problems.
DogPoo Petuski[]
Kyle has been seen hanging out with DogPoo a number of times. They seem to have a good friendship.
