With the help of Mr. Mackey and Damien, Charlie processes some of her childhood memories. Meanwhile, Cartman, with Chef as an unwitting accomplice, exacts revenge on Western culture for feminizing cooking.
The third graders are giving career presentations. When Charlie Pierzynski presents, she shares her dream of being an airline pilot. She also reveals that she has fairly extensive knowledge on commercial aircraft. After Cartman expresses the opinion that her career choice is "butchy", he gives his presentation, where he declares that he wishes to become a chef. He is then mocked for his "faggy" career choice, although the insults stop when he shares a plate of delightful caramel brownies with the class.
Soon after, Charlie is called to Mr. Mackey's office, where she is to be given counselling for some of her "emotional problems" (presumably the PTSD she was diagnosed with in the previous fanfiction). Mr. Mackey asks her about her name, and she explains that her name isn't short for Charlotte; Charlie is, in fact, her legal name. In a flashback of her birth, we see that Jane Pierzynski, Charlie's mother, considers the name Charlotte, but decides that naming the child Charlie would be "funny" and "cute".
- The title of this fanfiction is derived from Edgar Allan Poe's short story "Fall of the House of Usher".
