In "The Hobbit", Clyde Donovan starts dating Lisa Berger after the latter becomes the most popular girl in school, due to Wendy Testaburger using Photoshop to "improve" her appearance. However, this was to try and prove a negative point to Butters Stotch about its deceptive effects.
Since Clyde is seen crying in the school library as a breakup note sits on the table in "Skank Hunt", it is safe to assume that this relationship ended.
