Craig, Stan and Kyle are vampires... but Tweek, Butters and Christophe are not.

The story takes place half a year after Craig becomes a vampire causing an outbreak. This makes south park a post apocalyptic world with a border dividing the "bloodless" and the humans. This goes on for a while until Kyle gets sick of being a vampire and falls in love with a certain French man from the past along with stan falling in love with butters and tweek with Craig.
Some plot development lat and we find the main characters trying to find a cure. That find out that butters blood is cure do to him bing "pure". Butters and Kyle eventually get a blood transfusion which makes butters a vampire but Kyle a human. This works out for the main characters since Stan wanted Butters to be a vampire so they could be together and nether grow old and that Kyle and Christopher came grow old together. But Craig and Tweeks fate are never specifically determined.
