For a while I would wonder why people would wimpify Kyle and would be shocked that people didn’t wimpify Stan because of his more passive, gentle, and quiet nature. You can make the argument that people wimpify Kyle instead of Stan because he’s Jewish because unfortunately that’s true because tons of Jewish characters are one-dimensional weak and wimpy nerds.
But now I just realized that if Kyle wasn’t Jewish and kept his more outspoken, passionate, and sometimes controlling personality and was the sporty kid of the group (not that Kyle isn’t good at sports in canon, he clearly is), then people wouldn’t wimpify him and instead make him more dominant. But if Stan kept his gentler, more phlegmatic personality but was more nerdy and bookish, then people would definitely wimpify him instead of Kyle.

Based on past theories, I think the End of Obesity special probably will end like one of those, also this is loosely based on the new skinny Cartman twitter post: https://twitter.com/SouthPark/status/1792979673325953265
It could end up to be Fat Camp 2, except without the krazy Kenny part, I don't think they would repeat the same mistake that lead to Kenny Dies since they already got Towelie for that, and also Kenny is seen working for Cartman's ozempic treatment in the trailers. (less probably, but still possible due to the new twitter post)
They could sacrifice Kyle to save Cartman by making Cartman skinny and Kyle chubby. (based on minors' South Park headcannons, I know it's cringe, but is still possible since the creators have been mocking these kids in the recent specials)
Skinny Cartman could work, but due to Cartman's eating habits he would end up chubby again and their effort was in vain.
